Over the years, I have been asked by other agents, how is it that your listings always look so beautiful??? Well, the answer is we have the right team that knows how to get a home ready, which could be as small as carpet, paint, or maybe a last bathroom that needed updating. Even a full on update with kitchen/bath remodel, new flooring, carpet, paint and always staging. That is where my wife Jill comes in.
Jill and The Todd Team are one of the first pioneers of staging. We staged homes before it was being labeled staging. We knew old school ways were to not leave the homes empty and bare. So over time, it became our priority to pass this info on to our sellers. Besides building and remodeling, Jill’s very successful second company, stages for not only The Todd Team but several other realtors thru out the bay area. She has always loved the design part of home remodeling. Besides being one of the most experienced woman in construction and staging, little do people know, is that she is a graduate chef from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Which by the way, is her second passion.
Her asset to our team is making the right choices for our clients to increase the saleability of their home with quality and timeliness always with a focus of current colors and trends. The Todd Team has a 20,000 sq ft warehouse of new furniture. We have the capability to fully stage up to 30 homes at a time. Jill can also help with any homes that you purchase with any updating needed. I have my team strategically set throughout the Bay Area to help facilitate any of my current seller’s needs. ***We specialize in certain markets only. *** With buyers and sellers always on the move, The Todd Team knows the current market throughout the bay and help our clients make knowledgeable educated decisions.
